It was a beautiful Saturday in New York City and, as she does every minute in the Drupal trenches, Angie Byron user "webchick," saved a fellow Drupalist. See, it was about 9:30: the time the first sessions were about to start and mine was populated with 2 people. Ever as excited about delivering my content, I almost proceeded when the irreplaceable Angie Byron popped in and said, "Kenny Wait! Don’t start yet. There’s like a hundred people listening to the plenary” - She contributes to more than just the code. She’s a veritable force of community even on the ground in the chaos of a camp.

That was the main theme of my session, “A Complete Guide to Being the Best Drupal Shop on the Planet”, which pulled back the curtains on our approach to scaling your Drupal business. To an audience of approximately 30 very captive attendees I covered:
