Marketing Manager European Lead (m/w/d)

As the Marketing Manager leading all of FFWs European markets , you are driving the planning and execution of marketing strategies in Europe, mainly for our offices in France, Germany, the UK and Denmark. Among other things, you will be responsible for the conception and implementation of successful lead generation & demand generation measures and for the implementation of marketing campaigns cross-countries.
You will be supported by the FFW marketing team in the US - however you are free to put your full creativity into Europe with your direct manager being the European CEO. You will have support from a translation agency - but this is a hands-on-role where you will execute many tasks yourself - so from ideas, concept to content creation and implementation, this role will challenge you to execute the various tasks of marketing role.

Your responsibilities

  • Concept and implementation and monitoring of marketing strategies for France, Germany, Denmark and the UK
  • Decision making in liaison with the CEO of Europe for new European marketing initiatives
  • Support sales teams through targeted marketing campaigns
  • Organisation of translations for marketing materials
  • Organizing the development and design of various means of communication including social media, e-mail or print media
  • Organization of events and online events and evaluation of actions carried out
  • Management of all digital channels including the strategy for each, the implementation, and monitoring (SEO, SEA, E-Mail, Social Media, etc)

Our requirements

  • You have a degree (Bachelor / Master) or a comparable education with a focus on marketing
  • You bring at least 2-5 years of professional experience, preferably in B2B marketing, ideally even in the same industry (agencies / consultancies / professional services)
  • You speak and write business proficient English and business proficient German. Any of other core languages (French, Danish) is a real plus
  • Content writing skills and a creative approach to content creation
  • Strong decision making and a „Go-Getter” approach even if there is not a defined process, independence in your work style
  • CMS knowledge, preferable with Drupal
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills
  • You bring first experience with the automation tool Marketo, the CRM Salesforce and AdWords, any further experience is a plus
