Hi there FFW Agency

Together, the tech specialists are positioning themselves as partners for ambitious digital projects.

Under one roof in the future: With immediate effect, Cellular and FFW will appear as a joint unit on the German-speaking market. Under the FFW brand, the tech specialists are bringing their complementary offerings to the market and are thus increasingly targeting corporations that want a scalable partner for the international rollout of digital products and services. The merger will create a digital heavyweight with more than 600 employees that already works with 21 of the world's 2,000 largest companies.

"With the decision for a unified brand, we are completing another step of our convergence, which we started in the fall of 2019," said Panos Meyer, Managing Director of Cellular. "The collaboration of Cellular and FFW teams on a project basis over the past months has shown that we can meet customer requirements better, more flexibly and more comprehensively." In addition to being able to support global digital projects of German corporations much faster and more routinely, nationally active customers benefit from a significantly larger technology portfolio.

While FFW has been known in this country as a global lead agency for customer-centric digital platforms, Cellular has made a name for itself as a developer of customized platforms and creative digital products. Through its early beginnings as an app developer, the company is also strong in the mobile sector.

"I am very pleased that the joint brand strengthens our presence in the German-speaking market and puts us in a better position to exploit the enormous market potential," emphasizes Michael Drejer, CEO of the FFW Group. "With this future-proof positioning, we can develop and roll out large-scale digital solutions for local companies and on a global scale from a single source." This fits with the trend of corporations minimizing the number of their agency partners in order to reduce complexity and work effectively with as few service providers as possible. Under one brand, the 600 or so tech specialists from development, creation, strategy and project management will in future be in an even better position to take responsibility for digital solutions along the entire customer journey.

Michael Drejer and Panos Meyer combine strong growth ambitions on both the customer and employee side with the merger of the two brands: FFW Germany will position itself in the future as the first address for all companies that create ambitious and scalable platforms and ecosystems. The number of customers from the Fortune 2000 group - the world's largest companies - is expected to grow from the current 21 to 100 by 2025.

FFW has implemented some of the world's largest Drupal CMS projects. Their customers include Randstad, Lush or Pfizer. The FFW Group is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark - in addition to 22 other locations worldwide, including in America (USA), Asia (Vietnam) and Europe. Cellular works for companies such as Bitburger, Budni, Hamburger Hochbahn, TUI Cruises and ZDF. All current customers will retain their existing contacts and teams.
