Meet Nancy Stango, our Global COO and CEO of Americas

Nancy is the Global COO and Americas CEO of FFW. Nancy specializes in building and empowering global teams to do their best work. Nancy founded Blink Reaction in 2005, and held the position of CEO until Blink Reaction and Propeople merged to become FFW.

As Global COO, Nancy ensures that FFW’s core business functions align with our strategic goals. Nancy has been recognized for her work growing the team and business into one of the leading Drupal agencies in the world. Her leadership has honored by receiving several fastest growing business awards including INC 5000. Most notably in 2016, she received an award for being number 26th of 50 Fastest-Growing Women-Owned/Led Companies across the US. Nancy supports multiple women in technology organizations such as GirlsGoIT, and acts as a mentor to the next generation of technology leaders.
