Celine Sieben Digital located in Munich, Germany, today announced the acquisition of FFW Agency from ICTA AB (Nasdaq Nordic: ICTA).

The new ownership does not imply any planned changes for FFW staff, and all our customer relationships will continue as before.

The transaction is expected to close in Q4, and at closing Michael Drejer will resign as CEO of ICTA AB. Michael Drejer will continue in his position as Global CEO of FFW.
